Another successful ONE TEAM SUMMER HOOPS BASKETBALL CAMP was delivered.

Campers were put through their paces over 3 days by various Coaches such as:
Andrew Kearney, Leslie Isaacs, Theo Meade, Jamie Cummins, Ayo Adeiga and Franky Marulanda

The "Development" Camp was notorious by the energy, agility and rapid progression with players over the 3 main days. They loved the "Sharks and Sardines" game. "Team Tag" was also a tremendous hit. They became super competitive over "Coach Says" games. Campers worked on every aspect of their game, Dribbling, Passing, Scoring, Rebounding and Defence. They displayed all of it during the "SHOWCASE" games during the last day when every single camper scored during the games.

The "ELITE" Camp was as expected highly enthusiastic, competitive, energised and responsive.
Every day Coach Filipa run her NBA BasketFIT routine to music, whcih was once again a huge hit. The first 7 minutes of the camp were a killer. On Thursday the temperature hit 33c degrees, but we worked as if it did not matter.
Campers covered every aspect of the game, including High level dribbling work outs, complex dribble, pass, scoring work outs, techniques to score more, how to defend 1-on-1 successfully, help D, Fast Break, quick hitters, fast movements, moving without the ball, get open, be effective near the basket and more.
Campers showed their skills in front of family and friends during teh "SHOWCASE" games.
